twitterss TwitterPlus is an extension for Windows Live Messenger that lets you update your Twitter status directly from your IM window. To configure it, you type "/twitterconfig" into your chat window and enter in your Twitter username and password. To send out a tweet, you use the command “/twitter <your new status>”
