Twii.it

Twii.it is a browser plugin (both IE and Firefox) that lets you share bookmarks with your Twitter friends. Any blog owner can add a Twii.it button to a post to have the post “tweeted” to all of their followers.

TweetMarks

TweetMarks combines Twitter and bookmarking to store all the links you share as well as those that have been hashtagged or retweeted. To use the service, sign in with your Twitter credentials. You’ll be able to add all links tweeted so far back to April 2008. You can even sync your TweetMarks with your del.icio.us account.
