Twidget: Dashboard widget for OS X that lets you update your status.
Twitterlex: Mac OS X dashboard widget that shows the last 30 tweets from your friends. Updates every 60 seconds when visible. When hidden, updates every 5 minutes.
Tweetahead: A dashboard widget that lets you schedule messages in advance.
