RSSmeme creator Benjamin Golub launched Tweet 2 Tweet, a conversation tracking tool that only shows the conversations that took place between two people. To use the app, you just enter in two Twitter screen names into the boxes provided and then click “View Conversation.”

The site uses a proprietary scoring algorithm to determine relevance and is a part of the recently formed Viral Motion Ltd, a new online social media company.
